Clinical Supervision in California
Hello, I am interested in more information about your group supervision sessions. I have worked as a medical social worker for many years in skilled nursing and hospice, and am now working at an elementary school as a tutor. I only work part time so would likely need supervision just once or twice a month. I would love to continue getting my supervision hours and eventually reaching my goal of becoming an LCSW. Thank you!
Hi Debbie,
Thanks for asking. I’d love to get a group supervision going, but still need a few others to commit. I will let you know if that happens in the near future. If you decide you’re interested in individual supervision in the meantime, I’d be happy to talk to you about that as well. Thanks!
Hello,
I am searching for 1200 hours of group supervision from an LCSW. How many candidates would you need to begin a weekly group?
Thank you,
Charlie Gutierrez

Hi Charlie,
4 minimum, 8 maximum
If you know anyone else who is interested, let me know. It would be great to get a group started.
Hello,
I saw a pin that you had posted on Pinterest and, on that pin, I noticed that you did supervision. I understand that you are currently not accepting new individual supervisees. Do you happen to know of anyone who is accepting individual supervisees? I will be receiving my clinical mental health counseling diploma in September and would like to start my post-grad journey of becoming a candidate for licensure exam in TN (have to have supervision for two years and do counseling for 10 hours/week prior to attempting to take exam in TN).
Please let me know. Thanks!
Melanie,
Sorry, I don’t have a referral for you. You’ll need to find a qualified supervisor licensed in TN and I don’t know anyone there.
Hello I’m an ASW in California seeking group supervision. Are you offering a group?
No, I am not.
Hello,
I am in need of supervision in California. I am piggybacking off of all of the above comments.
Thanks
