Individual Therapy helps you address your specific concerns with the help of a trained therapist. Sessions usually last 50 minutes and provide a starting point for your change process. Generally, to reach your goals, you will need to continue practicing new ways of thinking and behaving between sessions.

Group Therapy is a unique way to build connection and feel support and understanding. Most people who try it, find it helpful in ways that complement individual therapy. Sharon currently leads a support group on Wednesday evenings that focuses on personal growth, increasing coping skills, happiness and well being.

Couples Counseling is often helpful in resolving conflicts and past hurts, improving communication and understanding. Couples counseling can help restore your relationship. Pre-marital counseling is also available. Sharon is a big believer in prevention and encourages couples to come in for a relationship check-up as a way to head off problems before they reach a crisis.
